1. Introduction

Welcome to Myrindel. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of legal support for property acquisition processes on our platform.

2. Scope of Service

Myrindel provides professional assistance in legal procedures related to property purchase processes. Our service includes review of purchase agreements, coordination with administrative bodies, and preparation of necessary documentation.

3. Digital Information Products

Digital materials such as e-guides and templates are available as information products. Upon delivery, they may not be returned unless defective or inaccessible due to technical error. If an information product is inaccessible, clients may request a replacement copy.

4. Physical Goods

Any tangible materials provided (e.g., printed guides) can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Returned items must be unused and in original condition. Clients must obtain a return authorization via our contact form before shipping items back.

5. Refund and Transfer Policy

5.1. Service Packages

Clients may request cancellation of a booked service up to 48 hours before the scheduled start. Cancellations notified in this timeframe are eligible for a full reimbursement via the original payment channel. Requests made less than 48 hours before commencement are not subject to reimbursement due to preparatory work already performed.

Clients who cannot attend a scheduled consultation may reschedule once at no extra cost if notice is given at least 24 hours prior. Requests for rescheduling less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a fee or be considered a forfeiture of the session.

5.2. Information Products

Digital products are final sale after download. In case of technical fault preventing access, clients may request a single replacement. No other returns are permitted after confirmation of delivery.

5.3. Physical Goods

Returns of physical goods follow Section 4. Authorized returns received in acceptable condition will be processed within 10 business days. Eligible returns result in a reimbursement via the original payment channel or a credit note at the client’s choice.

6. Non-Refundable Services

Certain bespoke services — such as tailored contract drafting or court representation — require dedicated resource allocation upon confirmation. These services are non-refundable once initiated. Clients are advised to review requirements and timelines carefully prior to order confirmation.

7. Amendments to Terms

Myrindel reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on our platform. Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance.
